Nomad do you have more than one copy of ARC running at a time? This would happen if the files are locked by two or more copies of ARC running at the same time.

what Jeremie suggested by deleting the files in that folder is the best solution to your problem

no i use only one ARC . strange i cant find this " C:\ProgramData\ARC\Plugins\

one question if i may .were is the best folder to store the plugings ?i dont see a folder in the picture ?

That’s because you’re in my documents. It’s c:\program data\arc\plugins

so the plugins should not be installed in documents?  i cant find the c:\program data\arc\plugins i can see c: but not c:\

problem solved . i didn paste the last \ after the word plugin .
