Hi @Nomad,

I would recommend clicking update on each of those green buttons. The box will then disappear. Having the latest updated skill is highly beneficial. The updated versions have feature updates, bug fixes, and most of the time the documentation matches the most recent version of the skill.

Thanks for the video @Nomad, Could you copy/paste all the error text and post it in this thread?

Please make sure there are no other copies of ARC running when you push the update button.

Thanks, Nomad! Sorry, I meant copy/paste all the text from one of the error boxes. DJ needs to see the text above the error message that you screenshot.

Perfect, thanks @Nomad!

One thing you can try is to go to C:\ProgramData\ARC\Plugins\ and delete the plugins that are there and try and re-update them.

Maybe start with one as a test.

Nomad do you have more than one copy of ARC running at a time? This would happen if the files are locked by two or more copies of ARC running at the same time.

what Jeremie suggested by deleting the files in that folder is the best solution to your problem
