Is there a way to tweet to the robot and have it speak the tweet?

Twitter is a broadcasting platform to support something like that you will need to read a twitter's account feed / direct messages. Both options require creating a twitter application and custom development.
Isn’t there a Twitter read command in ARC?
Also, there’s a twitter control in ARC that lets you send commands to the robot. Would that work?
