Still No Delivery

Placed my order on June 19th 2013 and have still not recieved my order! have emailed and had no reply! to say that I am unimpressed would be an understatement! Any clue as to when I might get the parts that I ordered? confused

If you mean an order for the EZB, I ordered one back then too. They are supposed to be out in Nov/DEC if they don't have delays. Believe me, they will deliver. Ours is what you call a PRE-Order. It is made early in order to insure that you get one of the first runs. They are very busy and have a lot of things to make sure of before the Revolution starts. I have seen some companies take a year to fill Pre-Orders. We are going to be lucky.

Hang in there, it will be done.

If it was for a V3 EZ-B, which back then it very probably was, then you will need to use the Contact Us page and ask for an update as this is not a pre-order as @moviemaker has mentioned. It may be that they automatically moved it to a pre-order of a V4, you'll have to speak directly to EZ-Robots (the Contact Us page is the best option since they don't always check the forums).

If it was for a V4 EZ-B then it is a pre-order and these will start shipping mid November.

Also, check your spam folder. It's very rare for EZ-Robot not to reply and it may be sat in there.

Pfileman, this is something amazing to look forward too!

You may be very discriminated by the lack of info but ez-robot was going through the biggest change they'd encountered in the past few months. I can say that they are the best company to deal with consumer issues(there are very few) and they never ignore us.

If you feel like you have been wronged by ez-robot in any way or are very angry at them I personally apologize that you feel that way. This is something good. Don't let a little mishap throw your view of the company way off the beaten path. And this is coming from a guy who isn't even in high school yet!
