on my HP display of 1920 x 1080 unable to use circled areas.
but on my laptop at lower resolution of 1024 x 768 looks fine and works correctly.

i had the check box, let me choose one scaling level for all displays, checked.
i un-check it, and all is correct.
i like it, ARC looks outstanding now!

see thats what i mean ,go to settings see screen . avery screen is adjusteble.mine is old one but has auto button.
