I suspect that it is an issue with your locale settings (I see the error messages are a mix of English and I assume Czech based on your location).

Might want to try changing your locale to North America and see if that solves it?

Yes tried both, Czech, also American and UK English...:-(

can you access the http webserver from the computer that is hosting it?

No, I cannot. I tried another two PCs without any success with installed EZB in English environment.
