Going To The Dogs

Hello Its been a long time since I have been here. This may already have been addressed. Has anyone built or modified a dog type robot. I am interested in building or modifying a dog style robot. I want it to be someting more than a toy. It should be able to use recognition,  navigation and travel avoidance, and othe EZB features.  Any suggestions or advice? I want a new thought for a 2023 project

Found it on Ebay. It uses ESP32 board. Programmable C++ Scratch 3.0. I will have to see if it is ARC compatible. ( I hope so ) Costs about $300.00 us shipped here. I might get it because it would cost me that much for parts to build. It may get here around the middle of January. Decision soon.  Wishing you well,. Andy

Thanks guys. Now you have me thinking about building one of these. LOL. I'd have to get a 3D printer and learn how to use it though. A whole new direction for me in robotics.

Andy, I know nothing about these dogs but I hope you keep sharing what you uncover. There's got to be lots of stuff out there on how to build these. I would imagine the leg servos would be the most expensive and hard to locate.
