Check the wire from the servo connecting to the ezb. Make sure it's plugged in and the pins are not bent. If that doesn't work, you can swap it out with a new one from here: https://synthiam.com/Shop/AccessoriesDetails.aspx?prevCat=104&productNumber=1301
