Question

system version:win8.1 (simplified Chinese)

EZ building version:V16.6

phenomenon:if I select "say(EZ-4 speaker)"at the start, everything is absolutely normal,my robot can speak in English or Chinese.But after that I click "say PC speaker" once,then select "say(EZ-4 speaker)" again.I will get an unhandled exceptions error message. There have been repeated attempts,I still got the same results.

Not sure what could be causing that, maybe a Windows issue. You could try reinstalling ARC and try it again. Do you have the latest update?

It is most recent version of the software I just installed. In fact,if as long as I do not click ""say PC speaker",do not affect use.

I got the detailed information.But I am sorry,DJ.My system is chinese version,so the message was displayed in Chinese.as follow. Hello DJ Sures Now I am almost sure it is a bug.Because I reinstalled operating system and made win8.1 upgrade to win10.When I clicked "say PC speaker" once,then selected "say(EZ-4 speaker)" again.I found this error still existed. Thankfully,I can sent diagnostic report with Windows 10.

It appears to be an issue isolated to your computer - I will review the diagnostic report and hopefully that will identify something to assist you. Without being able to reproduce the error, it is challenging to understand what mis-configuration on your computer is causing the issue.
