Chinese Robotic Cat Assembly Challenges

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a Chinese version of a robotic cat. The unique design of the base and servos requires no screws for assembly. However, the assembly process is quite challenging because you need to hold all parts in your hands to connect them properly. I did cheat a little by using a few screws to help with the assembly!

I'm still working on assembling the legs.

Here's a short video of my progress: Watch the video

Using servo horns is the way to go. Everytime I 3D print a servo horn within a few uses they strip cogs off the horns.   I think using manufacturers horns is the best method.  Especially if you have metal gear servos and you have metal horns.
