Revolution Injection Molded Parts

There have been some people noticing that we have had lots of plastic injection molded parts arriving at our office. As we are ramping up for shipping to customers, we are slowly verifying the final changes and creating jigs to make our assembly workers happy and efficient.

I grabbed a few of the parts to take photos for you. Can you guess which parts are for what?

first gess,is it a female horn?

Sorry nomad but, yes, 8 (as it's currently being used) is the female horn that attaches to the servos inside JD's body that the arms clip onto. Those are the servos that provide the up/down/vertical motion.

#8 is simple. Its that lost piece that you need in order to complete your robot. Without it, nothing works. Seems like there is always one of those...
