Distance From Ez-B Board To Servos?

How far can my servos be from the EZ-B board? I'll have a couple within 1 foot and a couple that will be about 4 feet. Any problems with this? Will I need to boost the signal or make a long jumper with bigger wire for the ones that are farther away? I plan to have the servos powered from a different power supply then the board. Ezb Has A Nice Female Voice. The Only Problem My Robot Is Male.

Hi, EZB has a nice female voice. The only problem my robot is Male. I tried to change the voice in EZB and it stays the same. It told me at one point, I need to add the control program to windows.
