I'm starting a new thread for my custom 3D projects so I can showcase them in just one thread from now on.
And since it is Friday the 13th, (ch ch ch ch, ah ah ah) I made JD a mask to go over the standard face.
I might have to print two so I can paint one in Chicago Blackhawk's colors.

It's pretty close. Need to clean it up. My goal was to make the mask pressure fit on JD's face, but it slips off. Elastic should work fine. But if anyone has creative thoughts on how I might make something pressure fit on JD's head I'd like hear it? I'm stuck for ideas.
I have no experance with 3D printing or if this idea is even possible. But can you design a helmet that is slightly bigger then JD's head and have one or two thin (but springy) clip like leavers protruded out from the inside. They could stick out just enough into the center of the helmet so when you push the helmet onto JD's head the clips spring back towards the helmet but keeps pressure on the head and hold the helmet in place. Maybe then can extend down far enough to clip over the lower circumference of JD's head. Hope that make sense.
maybe use some velcro.
Nomad, That's so simple it's genius.
