Rgb Ghosting?

Today I started work with my new robot parts, one of them being the RBG led array(JD's eyes). In the animator, I set one side to light up and the other not to, but for some reason the other side dimly lit up. This is the same for all pixels. Not sure why be it is a tad annoying.

I'm able to work around it, but if it does fail I will do a warranty exchange. Just wanted to report it in the case of a quality control issue.
