Does the Voice Activity and Microphone audio only work with the EZB4 soundboard and not the Pc soundboard?

Microphone audio control work with the pc soundboard?

Ok so when I try to export it form the microphone control, it only come s out of the SoundBoard EZ-B v4., not the pc sound board
