Santa just gave me my EZ-B Neat tin can for a bot. The mem stick did nt show up under computer in windows 7. Any thoughts?

That isn't a memory stick. It's a dongle for the USB camera. There's no software that comes with the kit. You just download it from the EZ-Robot website.
