I added another thread about the same issue before I read yours. you may want to check it for replies also. the title of the thread is "no bluetooth icon in system tray..."

That isn't a memory stick. It's a dongle for the USB camera. There's no software that comes with the kit. You just download it from the EZ-Robot website.
