Flipper Bot Not Getting Power

A month or two ago I purchased 2 Flipper Bots. Today I took one out of the box to set it up. The battery is fully charged, the ezB4 seems to lock in tight to the body unit but when I flip on the power I get nothing. I opened the battery housing and the battery appears ok. I did confirm its the body unit, because the EZB4 works fine in another body unit.

What should I do next?

Thanks

Check the fuse to make sure it isnt burnt out (in the flipper body).

"Fuse". Or even missing. My SIX came from Brookstone with no fuse installed.

While your in the body checking the fuse, also make sure the barrel connector is soldered securely to the circuit board.

Thanks everyone for the assistance. I checked the fuse it looked good but decided to remove it and slide back in and it seemed to fix the issue.
