SpeakRSS( url, [story index] )

Speaks the title and text of the rss url
Example #1: SpeakRSS("https://rss.cbc.ca/lineup/world.xml";)
Example #2: SpeakRSS("https://rss.cbc.ca/lineup/world.xml";, 3)

SpeakRSSDescription( url, [story index] )

Speaks only the text of the rss url
Example #1: SpeakRSS("https://rss.cbc.ca/lineup/world.xml";)
