Can'T Connect

I recently purchased the developers kit for my son. We made a simple roli type robot and tried to connect to the ez-b v4 for the first time tonight. I cannot get it to connect. As far as I can tell I need to change the connection mode, but when I click on the circular icon in ARC, it takes me to a page that asks for my username and password (unlike in the tutorial). I enter my ez robot username/password, which it says isn't correct, but I don't think it's even an ez page. I'm stuck. Please help. stress

welcome! sounds like you have not connected to the wifi network

The webpage you see that asks for a password is actually your router. You don't want that. You need to connect to the ez-bs wifi network and then go to ARC.

OK, so we got the ez-b v4 connected to the computer, but then everything disconnects from the internet. I changed the mode, still no luck...

@SV, once you power up the ezb go to you wifi connection on your computer then connect to the ezb4 list, once connected connect using ARC.

Then click on the radius button that opens the webpage to the ezb4, select client mode then enter your routers SSID and password.

It will reboot the ezb4 then just reconnect with your computer and you will have Internet access is well

You can use the ping button or look in your router config to see what IP address the client is now getting put that in the ARC and you're good to go

I just powered up my ezb, and the little voice said, "I have successfully connected to your network.", and the light flashes green, but I can't connect to it in the ARC, and I can't find it in my network list.

Did that, then I lost internet. So, I unplugged the ez and when I plugged it back in it did what I last described.
