Bug With Windows Speech Recognition Macros

Hello, I have a bug since I installed Windows Speech Recognition Macros that I had not before. When I want to use speech recognition to ARC, I get this message: " Voice recognition was not able to start. There is either no listening device or the your operating system is not supported". My other voice recognition programs work well. I use Windows 8, but I have the same bug with windows 7. Warning: The bug is still present even after uninstalling "Windows Speech Recognition Macros". stress

Please check your default language in control panel Change to " English United States " and see if error report disappears

I have only French recognition in my control panel. And my project must understand and talk French. Another solution ? Thanks

If you could first get it to work without the error Is it possible to add the english language ,make it default but also leave the french at lease then you know where issue is

I used CCleaner and the command "sfc / SCANNOW", but that solved nothing. I think I'll reinstall Windows. Thanks
