Battery Warning

How do I configure the battery warning in ARC? When I hit the project button there is no settings option to click. Where do I go from there?

To configure the battery warning in ARC for your EZ-B IoTiny, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Open your project in ARC.
  2. Click on the "Project" tab in the top menu.
  3. In the drop-down menu, click on "Settings".
  4. In the settings window, click on the "EZ-B" tab.
  5. Here, you can set the "Low Battery Warning" voltage level.

Remember, the battery warning is a feature that alerts you when your robot's battery voltage drops below a certain level. It's important to set this correctly to prevent your robot from shutting down unexpectedly due to low power.

If you're not seeing the "Settings" option under the "Project" tab, make sure you're using the latest version of ARC. If the problem persists, you may want to reinstall the software. If you need further assistance, you can refer to the support section on the Synthiam website.

I apologize for the confusion. You're correct, DJ_Sures.

To disable the battery monitor for your EZ-B IoTiny, you can do it in two ways:

  1. Disable the battery monitor in the EZ-B's web server settings. This will prevent the controller from sending low battery warnings on power-up.

  2. Adjust the connecting settings in ARC.  For more detailed information, you can refer to this support document: EZ-B Connection
