ARC Autonomous AI Install Error

Hello,

I'm experiencing the following error in Synthiam ARC after installing the Autonomous AI Robot Skill:

'Method not found: "ARC.Config.ConfigurationFormV2 ARC.UCForms.FormMaster.get_ConfigurationForm()".'

I have performed a clean uninstall of ARC, cleaned the registry, rebooted, and reinstalled ARC, but the error persists.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Are you trying to install this robot skill on the ARC Pro Version: 2025.06.22.00? We notice you have two versions, one of which is a year old. The old version will not work as it is outdated.

I updated today to the latest version. The error came after the plugins updated

Load ARC with an internet connection to see if you have the latest robot skill update. The robot skill on your system may be outdated. In this case, this support document will be useful: Adding-Robot-Skill-Errors

I recommend removing the plugin folder and starting from a clean empty folder to ensure the correct libraries are installed.

We are having difficulty reproducing the error. Based on your post, we reproduced these steps...

  1. Load ARC
  2. Press Add Robot Skill
  3. Select Artificial Intelligence tab
  4. Press Autonomous AI robot skill
  5. A window is prompted to install, select Yes
  6. Plugin installs robot skill
  7. Robot skill successfully is added to project

Please confirm your steps are similar as we assumed that is how you are installing the robot skill from your question. Any information can be helpful as we are unable to reproduce the error message. Thanks!

There was an update pushed that may have resolved the issue that you were experiencing. The issue resolved an error that may occur in the configuration dialog. Can you verify where the error you experienced was?

Thanks, success! The update works. However I have an error with an " incorrect API key provided". . I’ll investigate further.

Thanks again
