Its basically mouldable like play dough that sticks to almost anything then cures overnight to form a permanent silicon rubber overnight

YES i had some it works very good,amazon sells it
It's suppose to be great stuff but it's shelf life is very minimal.
Be careful when buying that you are getting the freshest use by date possible.
Sounds like a rubber/silicone Milliput which I can see having many uses. Thanks for the info, I'd never come across that before either.
And its British!
