Fix for audio not playing on legacy EZ-Robot EZ-B v4.x/1 controllers

Removed the built-in mip Movement Panel because there's a new improved v2 robot skill
Bing speech recognition will now execute the "All Phrases" script when silence is received and the variable will be blank. Can be used to detect if no speech was spoken (i.e. silence) if the variable is blank after a detection.
Bing speech recognition may lock-up during usage
Right-click moving robot skills to other desktops displays numbers instead of the workspace name
Script collection does not allow re-ordering
Camera device color & multicolor tracking has a bug assigning the variable name
Storage location for temp files now uses Windows environment variables (arc installers, robot skill installers, etc.). This allows Windows 10 Storage Cleaner to automatically clear the temp files when storage space is low.
Fixed importing robot skills. An error would raise if attempting to load a robot skill to a workspace less than the max workspaces because it would try to remove the other workspaces.
Speech recognition does not unpause after text to speech. Early Access and Runtime contain a workaround until Microsoft fixes their bug in .Net 4.7.2
Re-organization of the Auto Position configuration screen to improve clarity, productivity, and creativity. The updated online manual page screenshots no longer match the previous config window layout.
Allow renaming of virtual desktops for the organization of robot skills into groups.
Auto Position Transition To button does not enable when Realtime Update is unchecked.
Robot Skills that depend on ARC's Smart Timer may experience performance issues or errors.
Copy and pasting objects in the interface builder could link the scripts and parameters between objects.
The Multi-servo window closes when editing a servo position with the keyboard.
The project properties have an option to increase the servo position for higher resolution servos globally.
Displays a connection diagnostic when the EZB connection fails. It helps to identify connection issues. Also scans for network conflict if using multiple network devices.
The user interface accepts commands to control the visibility of objects. Users may also change text programmatically from a script of user interface objects.
Camera object tracking may overshoot turning while tracking.
Allow resizing of connection control for greater use of screen real-estate.
Some robot skills will not load the correct manual page when the help button is pressed from the skill's title bar.
Internal video player skill has been replaced with a new and improved Full-Screen Video Player robot skill.
