It appears that when I made my post a few minutes ago, the capital letters in the quotation marks went lower case. I can reassure that they were capital before the post. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Post title have always been reformatted each word's first character as a capital. If the word begins with punctuation it will reformat the first letter to lower case. This has always been the case.
i.e. This Would Be How It Reformats This Sentence "this Is How It Reformats This Sentence" $this Is How It Reformats This Sentence This Is How It Reformats $this Sentence
