Servo Movement Upon Power Connection

Is there a way to disable the servo's from moving once I connect the power? Everytime I connect the power the servos 'jump' or move.

That is normal behavior when servos are first powered on.

That is why, for instance, the JD tutorial says to power him up lying on his back so he doesn't fall down.
