just a quick question, Will the new RGB 8x8 Display i2c address be changeable like the HT16K33 Animator (8x8) is, by shorting connections with solder.
No. software configurable like the rgb eyes. You can load the control for it in ARC and see how it works.
ok thanks, I'm going to be using them in an array for scrolling type across, may be 4 or 6 matrices
That will work. You draw each frame for each array, which makes it super easy.

No - the new products are being released in stagger as to not overlap. I am not certain if the NeoPixel Blaster or 8x8 is released next

@bborastero You keep asking the same question over and over. You should know by now ez robot products come out when they come out. I don't think asking all the time will speed things up any...
We aim to have new products released once a year in the fall - i'm glad to see you're enthusiastic about the rgb 8x8. It's a great add-on!
