I downloaded the latest software and tried to upgrade my firmware but it doesnt want to work. i posted a screenshot on imgur. https://i.imgur.com/I0uZp.jpg
@Cixcell the port you are connecting to is not an EZ-B COM port. Looks like you are attempting to connect to your internal modem on the computer. Click on Tutorials from the top menu of this website. Follow the tutorial guide.
