Autoflight is an open source AR Drone piloting program which works with the 2.0. You won't be able to use the code directly (It's GPL and written in Java), but you might be able to peak at how it comunicates.
If you can determine how the new ez-camera connects you might be able to hack the board of the ar drone and take the signal. You'll have to mount the ez-b on the drone though.
