Plug In Updates Question

@DJ, Quick question for you. What kinda of updates happen to certain plug ins when you post a new version? Since we don't have a list of updates for plug ins, can you explain what gets change/updated/modified, as an example, the last update to the dynamixel servos (now at v16). Thanks in advance.
