Looking At Another Cool Idea For Ezb A Robotic Mover

I see they go for about $1200 and with a ezb and motors one for cutting and a few for drive motors plus make a frame and add sensors looking at about $300

Over 15 years ago ,popular science magazine hasdd a design for robotic mower and i bought the motherboard ,but using it on a robot design, think i still have the board for parts or scrap

but now looks like with EZB it would be a great project to make

Has anyone made one

Do you mean Mower? If so, there is already one being made with an EZ-B that's been discussed on here.

I started last fall with the basics (frame, wheels etc...). Last week, my 2nd EZ-B finally arrived after nearly 8 weeks so I'll continue with the project. Hopefully it'll be ready this spring/summer. I'm using 12V wiper motors (or equivallent) with ESC's. A firtst drive unit was with gears/sprockets but recently I switch to sprocket and chain. Batteries are 12V SLA's. Motioncontrol (for now) is a joystick control. Later on, I'll add scripting and AI.

Kinda what i have plan to do also

But so many projects might be awhile ,but still will buy the parts and get it ready.

SENSORS will be the only hard part, even with me a expert on sensors
