Intro &Amp; Ez-Robot Painting

Hello I haven't taken the time to introduce myself before now I'm Mike, I specialize in electrical and power distribution (mostly utility work). I had a question about the shell on the final ez-robots after manufacturing, will the shell be smooth or will it be a textured surface that will hold primer so I can have custom paint done? I was looking to make my Roli look like a reaver-bot from Mega Man Legends :D

Nice to meet you! The production EZ-Bits are created from ABS and will be smooth. You will need to scuff up the larger area surface to be painted. Although, most primers are pretty decent these days when it comes to painting plastics.

Roli would look pretty awesome as a Reaver Bot!

Scuffing parts with 400 grit sandpaper will allow paint to stick and you can also use etching fast drying primer because it has a small amount of acetone in the formula when it is wet it literally bonds to the surface. It's great stuff.

Awesome thanks for the help!
