I am unable to find the page for API key for Bing Speech Recognition. It is saying that 404: page not found.Can anyone please provide the exact url for that. What is the link for latest plugins in Microsoft ? Link for Bing Speech Recognition

You are using an out-dated plugin. When ARC loads, it will show you a list of plugins that require updating. By dismissing the list of updates, you cannot properly use the plugin.
you must update your software in order to receive support. Do not dismiss update notifications.
You can access the subscription page for the plugin by pressing the subscription link in the plugin, once you update.
*Note: Requiring assistance has been removed as original poster has not updated the software.
I was just about to click on the Contact Us link to recommend that. Getting $10 credit for correcting a URL didn't seem to be fair
