1. Click the word "PRODUCTS" from the top menu of this website

2. Click the option "ARC" from the products page

3. On the ARC product page, scroll down until you see the title "ARC Downloads."

4. Locate the ARC Pro option and press the DOWNLOAD button. You will be redirected while the file downloads. Simply wait until the file downloads in your browser. The page you are redirected to will read, "Thank you for downloading ARC Pro....". This page explains in the top paragraph that you are downloading ARC Pro and require a subscription, which you can ignore if you already have one. This is to warn people of what version they have downloaded.

5. Search for your browser's DOWNLOADS folder. You will see an ARC installer (P) there.

6. Double-click the file, and ARC Pro will install

To download ARC, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the Synthiam Website: Go to the Synthiam website.

2. Navigate to the Products Page: Click on the "PRODUCTS" menu at the top of the page.

3. Select ARC: On the products page, click on the ARC option.

4. Download ARC: Scroll down to the "ARC Downloads" section. Locate the ARC Pro option and click the "DOWNLOAD" button.

5. Wait for the Download: You will be redirected to a page that confirms your download. The page will say "Thank you for downloading ARC Pro." The download should start automatically. If it doesn't, check your browser's download settings or try clicking the download link again.

6. Check Your Downloads Folder: Once the download is complete, check your browser's "Downloads" folder for the ARC installer file.

7. Install ARC: Double-click the downloaded file to begin the installation process.

If you encounter any issues with the download, ensure that your browser settings allow downloads and that no pop-up blockers are interfering. If the problem persists, try using a different browser or contact Synthiam support for further assistance.
