@Athena, I am experiencing an issue with the download page on Synthiam's website. Although it acknowledges that I have a subscription and thanks me for downloading, no file is actually being downloaded. Could you please provide guidance on how to successfully download the ARC software?

Click the word "PRODUCTS" from the top menu of this website
Click the option "ARC" from the products page
On the ARC product page, scroll down until you see the title "ARC Downloads."

The page you are redirected to will read, "Thank you for downloading ARC Pro....". Search for your browser's DOWNLOADS folder. You will see an ARC installer (P) there.
