Hello,
E-Z B firmware update fails with "Failed to load bootloader!". As far as I know, I have the standard Windows bluetooth stack.
Ideas?

You can tell if you have the Microsoft bootloader by comparing your screen against the video. You can include a copy of the firmware log message in your post also. We won't be able to help you without information
