you could see it that way I guess but in my mind that is a pure 0V and 5V line no increasing/decreasing sinusoidal wave just a variance in the pulse width, kind of more digital to me , but you da boss DJ.

You can generate an analog out from the EZB PWM this is an example circuit there are lots of others. You just need a low pass filter which could be just a capacitor and a resistor click here
