after setting it up, and testing it. the next time I wanted to continue my test the battery is unable to charge. the 3 red LED keep on blinking. I disconnect the other connection and just left the battery connect directly to the charge, it still not charging and the 3 LED lights keep on blinking.
can you pls advise what should I do ? is the battery dead ? this is a new product.

Sorry to hear your having trouble. I see that you have completed the Battery Care and Recharging Tutorial which is a good start, so I assume that you have done a checklist of possible causes (connected correctly, battery not puffy ect). One question, how many times do the LED's on the charger flash?
In case you missed it, here is the diagnostic explanation sheet for the charger...
Someone else had a similar issue a while back with the charger LED's flashing 6 times and wouldn't charge, and the issue was resolved. You can read about here and it may help.
Steve , thanks for the information , I have read that , and try to isolate the battery by disconnecting it from all other connection . and I charge just the battery itself, the 3 LED lights continue to blink. can it be the battery issue ?

How many times do the 3 LED's blink?
it blink many times, I counted 20 times it blink, if I don't turn the main. I am sure it will just continue to blink.

Best thing to do would be to use the Contact Us link and submit a warrant claim. Just remember to check the box that says you are not asking for technical assistance, and Copy the URL from this thread when you write your claim.
thanks Steve for your guidance in this matter. I have proceed to send in my request for the warranty replacement of the battery. so I am now waiting for their reply and also send the replacement battery to me. Hope the new battery will work.
