Will the current version of ARC run on Windows RT devices such as a Surface?

I don't believe it will. I haven't tried since I don't have any Windows RT devices but I am sure it was mentioned a while back. I'll search in a bit and see if I can find the topic.
Slightly off topic but related, if you don't already have a surface or RT device don't bother. There are so many limitations and drawbacks it's hardly worth it.
