Hey I have a ARC Pro account with 2 Seats but everytime i start the tool it just says i dont have an pro subcribtion. @Athena Any help?
You’d need to Contact Us for subscription and billing questions, but I could only guess to try and help. Any through billing will have more details.
But I’d first make sure you’re logging into ARC with the same account that you purchased with. You may be trying to use ARC with a different account.
one way to make sure is clear the settings. There’s a support page about that. Let me get it for you. Here it is: Reset arc
do that. And when you login again, make sure you’re using the same account that you posted here with. Because you can see this one has the Pro.
