for Bluetooth is it possible to not be hooked up to a loptop?
ex: is it posible to control a robot with a bluetooth joystick while away from the orinignial blutooth source?

you could use the HTTP sever however you would still need a connection through the laptop. Though I am sure you can create a different microcontroller that can connect to the bluetooth on the ez-b u would then have to know the protocals sent to the bluetooth, doubt you want to go that far into the rabbit hole.
