Does this software support face recognition, so when someone comes into the room the robot can great them by name. Thanks

Yes EZB Software can recognize Faces!
You can use the Object Tracking Function.
You will learn your face in the Option for Object Tracking.
Or you can use EZ-Face, a plugin for EZB Software:
