ARC Pro Seats Need Reset

ARC Pro Seats Need Reset

Hello -

I have an ARC Pro subscription (2 seats). After performing a fresh Windows installation on my PC, ARC now reports that both seats/slots are already in use. I cannot access the subscription management page to revoke the old seat, and I’m unable to activate ARC on this machine.

This is ARC running on my PC (not an EZB activation). Please help reset or release my activations so I can re-activate ARC. Let me know what account/license information you need (account email, license ID, ARC version, machine ID, etc.). Thank you.

You can manage the seats you've purchased. Go to Products --> ARC --> 1/3 way down on page is a link on the left labeled "You have an ARC Pro subscription" underneath that is a link titled <Manage Subscription and Settings>, then on next page click link <Members & Seats> then you can release seats and free them up.

Please check your email for the responses to the support ticket you created. I cannot provide personal detail regarding the email of your two accounts here. But this account is added to share the subscription of your other account. You must log in using the other account, that owns the subscription, to manage it.

It may not have been clear that your account was part of another of your accounts' subscriptions. We have added a banner to the subscription page that makes it more prominent.

Under the account with the hotmail email has 2 private apps saved to the cloud. I cannot see the name or data of private apps. If you log into ARC using the Hotmail account, you will see your 2 private apps in the cloud.

The Hotmail account is the one that owns your subscription.
