I was able to upgrade my iOTiny's no problem, however trying to upgrade 2 of my ezb4's resulted in a communication error at the end of the upgrade. All appeared to go well as the ezb4(s) reported they successfully received the upgraded firmware... but no boot up chime at the end of the upgrade... I cycled the power after 60 seconds but this resulted in "communication error" chant... Resetting the ezbs with a paperclip did nothing... I have upgraded many ezb4's in the past so it wasn't something I did... I did not interrupt the upgrade process in any way... Are these 2 ezb4's "bricked" or is there any way to get them working again?...

Oh no - that's not good. I didn't have any problems with testing. No one else upgrade their EZ-B v4 firmware until we've verified with Richard what's going on. Don't need any bricked units out there.

Richard - the bootloader can still be used to restore the unit. I've never written a manual on doing so, which i will today for you. In the meantime, no one else upgrade their ez-b v4 firmware.

The firmware was tested and updated - as there was a bug in the optimization flag of the compiler. Richard - let me put together some instructions to unbrick your two ez-b's. Stay tuned...
