Using API To Access External Voice Generator (Elevenlabs)

Hi, I have been playing around with the elevenlabs voice generator.  They provide API access.  Is there a way of using APIs withing ARC scripting.  The end result I want is to use a elevenlabs voice for text to speech. Can this be achieved?
