Ok so many things have changed recently with ex-builder. when V4 is released we are not specifically confined to windows in order to run our robots. A while back there was a small computer mentioned but was written off because it only ran android and linux. However now i think it may be a great option for someone trying to run an onboard computer! its only $60 too...

This is interesting! You could put the ARC app on the android software.
That's what I'm thinking as well! the only concern I had was if we could program the ARC app/project to open on startup....

Just pointing this out but there are hundreds of android "pc" devices and also android TV devices that are very small and will run ARC. I would recommend you get one of at least 1.0ghz dual core cpu if not a quad core.
Will these android "pc" devices run a Voice recognition app as well.....Are we saying goodbye to windows OS?
Not just yet I robot , windows has more power and will handle much more going on at one time. Plus it can run 5 boards at once for either a complicated project or up to 5 individual ones.
And windows is still required to actually program your project... I believe the android app can only "run" the project
