Dear Ez Roboteers, Was trying to install ARC on a windows laptop for another project. Received the following error when launching; (see below) Anybody have a clue? Thanks, grtz, Seth

I believe there might have been a previous install of an older version of ARC.

  1. uninstall ARC in control panel -> Program and features

  2. navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)

  3. Delete the EZ-Robot Inc folder in C:\Program Fles (x86)

  4. Reboot

  5. reinstall from a fresh MSI downloaded from https://synthiam.com/Software
