Not public domain, but no cost license for use with EZ-B.

As I've pointed out before, ARC is not free and is not public domain. It is licensed for personal use, if you plan to use the EZ-B and/or ARC for any other purpose other than for a personal robot for yourself then you must apply for the correct licensing.

@DJ Sures or one of the other EZ-Robot staff will be able to assist in this. You are better off using the Contact Us page to request information on licensing for your situation/proposals.

In education I am sure EZ-Robot will be looking to work with you and help you.

@little_munchkin We are developing the (advanced) EZ:2 Robot for exactly this purpose, to be used in Schools, Colleges and Universities around the World. Our Robot is large (4 foot high), so it may not be to your requirements, buts its modular build makes a great basis for a classroom robotic project. With the addition of the EZ-B and ARC its also easy to use and program, let me know if you want any more info on the EZ:2
