Is it set to public?
P.S. this is the url to your cloud files. There is a bug on the site which will divert a user to their cloud files when they try to view yours from your user profile.
i save it in ARC cloud . i can see and open the file on mobile public.

You will see it if it is private too.
It's not showing up therefore you have not set it as public. Tick the box and re-save it to the cloud.
indeed it shows up now.
