I have the ezb-v3 as well as the new ezb-v4 I am having a hard time getting ARC vers. 16. To work with the older ezb-v3 Bluetooth, plus I was using a tom Tom Bluetooth GPS to communicate with my original program.

Have you upgraded your EZB(3) to the latest version ?
did you upgrade the ezbv3 firmware?
i tried my ezbv3 works fine with latest ARC - version 2014.09.22.00.

@markrobots can you post screen shots of the errors you are getting? Remember for the v3 with Bluetooth you need pair the device to your PC under windows, if you have not done so already.
